DVD = Digital video disk

FLAC = Lossless digital audio file
FM = FM radio broadcast
HI8 = Analog video
HiMD = Digital audio disc
MD = Lossy digital audio disc
MDV = Digital video tape
MP3 = Lossy digital audio file
RA = Lossy digital audio file
REEL = Analog audio (reel to reel)
SHN = Lossless digital audio file
SVHS = Analog video
TV = Television broadcast
VAR = Various sources
VHS = Analog video

MASTER = show that was recorded by me.
MASTER CLONE = digital copy of a master tape.
The number after whatever the source of the recording is, means what generation
it is. The "(M)" after whatever the source of the recording means "Master".
